Common questions
Can I switch plans after signing up?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
What happens to my formulas if I downgrade to Free?
Your formulas are never deleted. If you have more than 3, they become read-only until you upgrade again or remove some.
Do AI credits roll over?
Credits reset on the first of each month and do not roll over. Enterprise plans have unlimited credits.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — annual plans include 2 months free, equivalent to a 17% discount versus monthly billing.
